Harold & Shep
are the co-founders of "Shepherd of Hope Christian Chat
& Chronic Illness Support" Ministry. Married 10 years
with 7 children between us, 6 daughters and 1 son.
Thirteen grandchildren so far and two buns in the ovens! Shep is the family computer geek and currently designs
websites and newsletters for four non-profit
organizations as a volunteer. The 'goal' is to get a
few 'paying jobs' so that I can help pay for some of the
food our 'furry child, Butch' eats! He's elsewhere on
this page! Harold was a pastor in the Free
Methodist Church for 18
years, and currently works building solid-surface counter
tops, commercial
desks, ticket counters, etc. He is also doing our
Wednesday night Bible Study on Wednesday nights, 7:30-8:30
pm EST. We live in
Northern Michigan, but hope to move to a warmer climate if
the Lord opens the door for that in the future. |

Butch
I know you are wondering
how I got on here.... after all, I am a dog... but I am not
just any dog, I know the co-founders, so they let me
slide this photo in here.... besides, I am the one who keeps
my mom company while she talks on the computer all day!
Not that I am complaining - she tells me every time one of you
thinks I am cute! So, keep the compliments coming...
I was born in January 2005 and I had a LOT of siblings -- I
think there were 14 of us all together! I also have chronic
illness - am allergic to lots of stuff - especially my mom's
house. I love the water, I am trying to become a famous dock
jumping dog, and I love going for walks with my dad. I
wish I had some children to play with, so I get very happy
when my 'human' sisters come to visit me at mom's house. |

cakrejci
My name is Carol Krejci, mother of three
terrific sons and a precious daughter, 14 grandkids
and 1 1/2 great-grandkids. I'm a retired RN, but am
jumping back into nursing in order to support myself
when I return to
San Diego, Ca. later this year. I am planning
to move there in August in order to finish writing a
book titled The Bracelet with my friend Julie, and also to work on two other books.. Expect
the Harvest and another tentatively titled "Israel
From a Different Point of View...Analogies with
Applications." I love to read, sing, scrapbook,
decorate cakes and eat chocolate. In addition, I have
recently become addicted to Shepherd of Hope
Ministries. My goal in these latter days is to honor
the Lord by my life and in my writing in gratitude for
all He has done for me. |

Beth & Bob Cottrill
live in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. We spent many years in
pastoral ministry here and in Ontario, and Bob also taught
in a Bible college. We have one son, who, along with his
wife and two young kids live in Mexico, preparing for a
church planting ministry there. I'm involved in music and
enjoy encouraging women. I also love making cards and scrap
booking. I'm excited about a new ministry of writing
devotionals for Rest Ministries and have been blessed in
Shep's chat room many times. I'm also very fond of animals
and miss having a dog in our home. |

Alice & Dan
live in Dayton, OH. We have 6 children between us, 14
grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter. Alice facilitates
a Hope Keepers group, and Dan is her co-facilitator. Alice
is blessed to be able to be a wife and homemaker and enjoys
reading Christian fiction as well as using chat from time to
time to talk with others on-line. Dan is
an engineer, and Vice President of Dayton Gear Company. Our
greatest joy has been serving the Lord together for the past
18 years.

 Lukla
I’m 33 and live in the UK. I love climbing, kite buggying,
surfing and, well, any sport that is high risk. I am a support
worker for adults with learning disabilities; I love my job
so much I couldn't do anything else. This picture was taken
in Nepal the day I arrived and was the day I lived my dream to
trek to Everest Base Camp.

Angelfire
My name is Sherri. I am 45 years old and
happily married living in California. I have four children
and 3 grandchildren. I love gardening. It's where I have
learned much about quiet time with the Lord and how great
and a wonderful Creator He is. I also like sewing, making
quilts, cake decoration, flower arranging, and riding
horses. I've learned to trust in God and accepted Jesus in
1978. My heart sings daily for the many, many blessing's He
has bestowed on me and for always being my shelter thru the
storms. What better life could anyone have then with the
knowledge and relationship with Jesus? I see beauty in
everyone and everything He created. |

Chris & Grace
I am married for 7 years to my beautiful wife Grace
and we have no children. We live in British Columbia ,
Canada. Grace is originally from Hong Kong and was born and
raised there. Grace has been in Canada now for over 15
years. I was born and raised here in BC and have lived here
all my 47 years! I am happy to be a part of the ministry at
Shepherd of Hope as a volunteer. I really do enjoy
interacting with all the people that come into the chat
room. One of my favorite Scriptures that I would like to
share with you is Psalm 46! Blessings to you all!

We live in the country in Texas and have 3 grown sons
and 1 grandson. I have 2 Chihuahuas that keep me company as
my honey works long hours. I collect beanie babies, I have
over 1000 and counting.... and ladybugs! One of my favorite
scriptures is Isaiah 63:9.... in ALL their afflictions He
was afflicted.. He feels our pain! and took it to the cross
with Him.
Live each day with eternity in view! |

Patricia
I am from Southern California. I have been walking with the
Lord since 4 days before my 22nd birthday (1993). I am single,
but my husband is the LORD of hosts. I have a newsletter
ministry (with the help of my parents) "Water Droplets."
Proverb 11:25 "He that waters will himself be
watered." I was an artist who enjoyed painting with
tempera paint, was a whiz at web site building, and computer
related problems, and enjoyed a competitive game of tennis,
and was one of the few women ushers at my church. When I
lived in my apartment I was quickly becoming a 'cat lady'.
I put out food for all the wild cats, caught them and got
them fixed, then found homes for them.

Cindy & Steve live in Ohio. He works at a local
factory as a welder and also works part time driving for a
local trucking business. I was an IT specialist for a local
company. We have 4 grown daughters, two married and two
single. They all live in Ohio also. A few months ago, we
became 1st time grandparents! Our granddaughter is of course
the most adorable baby we know! She is such a blessing to
us. Recently, we found out that we have another grandchild
on the way, due this fall! We are very excited! We have
found that being grandparents is so much fun! I like to
read, love gardening and am in the process of making another
baby blanket! |

JessAnn63
I live in Lake in the Hills, IL, which is a
far northwest suburb of Chicago . I’m currently studying at
the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago and will
hopefully graduate in two more years with a Masters of
Divinity and then be ordained into the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in America as a pastor.
I’ve taken many
breaks from seminary. One of them was to get married and to
live in the Middle East with my husband. I spent about a
year of my life in Dubai , United Arab Emirates just after I
was married in 2005. Now my husband and I are back in Illinois. August 1st I start a full time
position as the
intern pastor. My hobbies include theology, reading, and
the Audi car club. |

Kitukia
My name is Kelly a.k.a. Kitukia. I am
20 years old. I live in Florida. I am a huge animal lover
and own a cockatiel named Peek-a-boo (and he literally says
"peek-a-boo"), a baby ball python named Stripe, and a baby
gerbil named Bandit. I also love to do martial arts, teach,
draw, write and play the piano. |

Pamela
My name is Pamela. I
am 51 years old and I live in Erie, PA. I am married to
Dave, and have two children ages 20 and 22. I work as a
Registrar at a Technical High School. I have played the
piano since I was 5 years old and have also taught piano. I
play piano for my church as well as teach an adult Sunday
school class and teach many bible studies. I have completed
my classes to be a lay minister in the Methodist Church and
have had the opportunity to preach 5 times. As well as
playing the piano I have a few hobbies. I’ve done cake
decorating, scrap-booking, making jewelry and I’m really
trying hard to get into gardening. My favorite scripture is
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, says
the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give
you a future and a hope.” |

Quiteme53
My name is Richard. I live in Australia and I am 55. I have
a
wonderful Christian wife and we have been married 29 years and
have 3 absolutely wonderful children who are now 18, 15, 13.

I love the Lord and just love working in his fields as he
asks me to do. I loved working as a carpenter & jointer in the
past and now helping and serving the community with an
emergency
service organization that helps with storm damage. I so
love working for God in his fields. I love belonging to the
local Baptist church. I am learning to sew and I like
reading and listening to music - ohhhh. I love my music.
Thanks Shepherd of Hope - I so love and truly appreciate the
wonderful
website and thank Shep for having it for us all.
